Omri Yaoz

Omri brings over two decades of experience and expertise in investments, business development, strategy consulting and M&A for a broad range of clients in a variety of industries, including technology, communications, financial institutions, food sales, retail, packaging, chemicals, and construction. Earlier in his career, Omri was a partner at BDO Israel, a leading accounting and consulting firm, where he acquired his vast M&A experience with large and mid-sized private and public enterprise for a wide range of Israeli and multinational activities. Prior to that, he held the position of partner, followed by managing partner at CSC, one of Israel’s most respected strategic consulting firms (previously SBD) founded by Dr. Yossi Rein. Omri was employed as a lawyer by Clal (Israel) legal department, where he worked closely with Bank Hapoalim’s investment group. He also held several positions as a business development manager for large manufacturing companies. Omri holds an MBA and LLB from Tel Aviv University.
